FilmRise announced recently that its original series ‘BrianaPlayZ’ will be exclusively streamed on The Roku Channel to reach more audiences.

‘BrianaPlayZ’ is a popular YouTuber that can also be streamed on Brooklyn-based film and television studio and streaming network FilmRise. However, they recently announced that it is now set to be streamed under The Roku Channel in the United States and the United Kingdom.
In a published article on Variety, FilmRise said that they have been working as a partner with The Roku Channel for years. Additionally, it was also mentioned in the same report that the channel is the Top TV streaming platform in the United States in terms of hours.
Max Einhorn, SVP of acquisitions and co-productions at FilmRise, made the announcement during the VidCon content creator event held in California. It is said that this deal is the first in the digital native category in the industry.

How Many Millions The Roku Channel Can Reach?
It is very important for an influencer to have a digital online streaming site that will help them increase their views and subscribers. According to a published report in Bleeding Cool, head of The Roku Channel Ashley Hovey said that this series is expected to reach 80 million people.
Furthermore, Einhorn said, “We identified a great untapped opportunity early on – that highly popular online influencers could increase their audience reach and fanbase by converting their online content into long form episodes for streaming platform audiences.”
