Hello, Readers! The majority of you have undoubtedly already heard of Olivia Culpo, a former Miss Universe who is now a social media influencer and fashion icon. But did you know that she has two sisters who are just as gorgeous? Yes, you probably did if you’re one of the 5.2 million Instagram users who follow her. Not so much, though, for those of us commoners who aren’t up on the latest trends.
Fortunately, TLC has a brand-new reality series called The Culpo Sisters that follows Olivia and her sisters, Aurora and Sophia. But where is The Culpo Sisters truly filmed given that the sisters were born and nurtured in Rhode Island and that Olivia now primarily resides in Los Angeles? Find out now!
The Culpo Sisters: Location of the Filming
The majority of The Culpo Sisters’ filming is done in Los Angeles. All three of the sisters live there, however the trailer makes the impression that Sophia moves to New York City, so it seems logical that the most of the filming would also take place there.
The episode was also shot in Rhode Island, the home state of Olivia, Aurora, and Sophia. The Providence Journal said that while filming scenes for the show, Olivia was seen in East Greenwich with a camera crew.
The Culpo family did in fact open Union and Main in East Greenwich back in April. Olivia uploaded a image on Instagram to mark the opening, writing: “The @union_and_main opening was a success! Our new family restaurant in Rhode Island. Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate with us and to all of you online who always show so much love and support. I feel so lucky!! Come and see us soon. The menu is AMAZING.”
As per the sources, the photography for The Culpo Sisters took place in April and May of 2022. We could even get to see the opening ceremony for Union and Main in the program. Moreover, Olivia is listed as co-founding Back 40, a restaurant and bar in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, in her Instagram bio.
About the Show
TLC states that “The Culpo Sisters follow the lives of Olivia, Auror, and Sophia as they navigate the ups and downs of family life. For the first time, the three sisters are opening up their homes and hearts in an intimate and playful entertaining way.”
The family will be shown to us in its natural state, judging from the trailer. We were surprised when we heard Olivia’s mom say, “They call Olivia an influencer, but we don’t know because we’re not influenced by it, sorry!”
Moreover, Olivia will share a really unfiltered, exposed aspect of herself. “I was with somebody that did really horrible, horrible things,” she says in the trailer. “I was made to feel like a less-than-human in every sense of the word.”
Is Olivia maybe referencing her ex-boyfriend?
Despite the fact that she has dated famous people like Nick Jonas and Tim Tebow, we learned from the sources that Olivia is referring to her most recent ex-boyfriend, Danny Amendola, because of the reported infidelity that led to the breakdown of their relationship.
