Dylan Nuccio, 17, has been confirmed as the fatality of the Plainedge accident on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. Nuccio allegedly attended Plainedge High School. The superintendent of the Plainedge Union Free School District identified the dead victim as Nuccio.

The victim’s identification was revealed around two hours after the deadly incident. Nuccio was declared dead at the scene by a Nassau County Police Medic.
