The student who went missing in October has been determined. According to a news from the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, Misrach Ewunetie died from “Bupropion, Escitalopram, and Hydroxyzine Toxicity,” according to the autopsy report conducted by the Middlesex Regional Examiner’s Office. Ewunetie was last seen on October 14 near her residence, Scully Hall. Universe Ewunetie, her brother, told ABC News that one of her suitemates saw her at home at about 3 a.m., but another roommate came home at 4:30 a.m. and didn’t find her.
Misrach Ewunetie Goes Missing:
Universe praised his sister as a “wonderful, beautiful soul,” CNN reported. According to ABC News, Ewunetie missed an interview for her US citizenship application, which worried her family. As law officials crowded the school searching for Ewunetie, her disappearance made global headlines. According to WHYY, several law enforcement agencies, including the Princeton University Department of Public Safety, the Princeton Police Department, and the New Jersey State Police, helped search for Ewunetie.
Misrach Ewunetie Was Found Dead:
Misrach’s body was discovered on the grounds behind the tennis courts on October 20. Princeton Vice President for School Life Rochelle Calhoun wrote to the campus community that officials decided there was “no visible evidence of injury and her death does not look suspicious or criminal in character.” Misrach Ewunetie, a missing Princeton University student, was discovered dead. After graduating from St. Joseph High School in Ohio, where her family lives, Ewunetie was awarded a full four-year scholarship to Princeton University. The best student was due to graduate in 2024. According to the high school, Ewunetie was top in her class of 107 kids. “Misrach’s death is a heinous tragedy.
