What Does the Police Stated?

The Antioch Police Department identified the suspect as Hayward resident Isaac White-Carter, 20, on Monday. “There are no outstanding suspects,” APD spokesperson Ashley Crandell said at a press conference on Monday afternoon. The attack is heinous. “It’s a tragic case,” Crandell added. On Monday morning, a fugitive task force from the United States Marshals Service apprehended White-Carter outside his Hayward home. He was arrested on accusations of mayhem and assault causing severe bodily harm, both felonies. On November 12, Palomera worked as a manager at the restaurant to defend the child. On The Habit, surveillance footage shows a group of young men coming to place a restaurant order. The boy’s more youthful brother worked there. Palomera stated she intervened because it was morally correct to do so. “You can just leave,” the bully said. Palomera was challenged by a man who became enraged and punched her.
