Spoiler of the Deleted Scene in ‘The Batman’

Matt Reeves, Batman’s director, has hinted it, and now it’s official. In the most recent Riddler website update, a deleted sequence between Batman and his greatest adversary has been unearthed. Warner Bros. has been releasing fresh material on its ARG website rataalada.com for weeks after the premiere of The Batman in cinemas. Paul Dano’s Riddler comic was previously mentioned on the internet, but today was the big one.

The Riddler is defeated and imprisoned in Arkham Asylum at the conclusion of The Batman. However, he makes a new buddy in a nearby prison cell, and it turns out that this new acquaintance is very probably Barry Keoghan, the Joker. The Joker’s appearance was brief, but director Matt Reeves said that he shot a sequence in which Batman asks for the Joker’s assistance in the Riddler inquiry before it was cut.

The five-minute deleted sequence in which Batman and Barry Keoghan’s Joker meet at Arkham Asylum has been made available for download. As in the film Silence of the Lambs, Batman asks Joker for aid in finding the Riddler’s identity, which is evocative of the scenario in the film.
