‘Bridgerton’ Is Back
With those plot components in mind, Season 2 is likely to be much scarier than the first one. Series actor Jonathan Bailey revealed the show’s snarky moniker as the show’s love scenes concentrate more on the “female gaze” in season two.
A woman’s look is important because sex and what it means to someone else may be conveyed in a variety of ways. It’s critical that sexuality and the way individuals are exploited in sex narratives be inverted. The new season will center on Anthony’s desire to find love, which will lead to him being involved with new girl Kate Sharma, portrayed by 26-year-old Simone Ashley.

Ashley revealed to EW that Kate isn’t scared to go for her wants in her interview with the magazine. The actress said “There’s always been a familiarity deep down with what Kate wants. That’s what I love about shows like ‘Bridgerton’ and ‘Sex Education.’ They might be touching on slightly taboo topics, but these characters know what they want.”
