Two young men at the ocean side with their folks disappeared while swimming in the waters of Jacob Riis Park in Sovereigns on Friday night, police said. Jumpers with the FDNY and NYPD spent the most recent two hours of daylight looking for the teenagers, who evaporated not long after lifeguards got off the clock, specialists said. The 16-and 17-year-old young men took a dunk in the sea at Jacob Riis Park’s Sound 2 while their folks remained on shore, as per the NYPD.
