A transport drifted away from an extension and dove into a waterway on Friday in St. Petersburg, Russia’s second-biggest city, killing seven individuals, authorities said. The Insightful Board, Russia’s top criminal examinations body, revealed the loss of life. Russian news reports said there were 15 individuals on the city transport when it got through a boundary and dove into the Moika Waterway in focal St. Petersburg.
