According to police, troopers responded to the 54-mile marker on I-95 North around 11:15 p.m. Tuesday for reports of an accident. At the scene, detectives discovered that Acosta had lost control of his 2002 Toyota Camry, spun out, and collided with a 2015 Mercedes Sprinter van in the northbound lanes.
