Under Hospice of Western Kentucky’s care, Jerome Bernard Buschkoetter, 88, of Owensboro, passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at home. The late Henry Jr. and Eleanora Hulseman Buschkoetter welcomed him into the world on April 21, 1935, in Dubois County, Indiana. After serving as a tool and die journeyman for Stewart-Warner in Perry County, Jerome retired. He was a member of the US Army. Since 2005, Jerome has also been a member of Walnut Baptist Church.

In addition to working in his yard and caring for his koi pond, Jerome enjoyed sewing and carpentry. Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his family, particularly his grandchildren.

He cherished the time he spent with his family. Monica Buschkoetter was his late wife. She had passed away. Joe (Michelle) Buschkoetter and Jim (Gay) Buschkoetter were their two sons. Mary Jane Buschkoetter was the name of their other daughter.
