Obiozor is the Director of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs. He added: “The death of this illustrious Igbo leader and former Nigerian Ambassador to the US and the State of Israel is a great loss to Imo State, the South East and Nigeria as a whole.

He studied at the African Institute and the Albert Schwen School of Philosophy.
