The American singer and songwriter have been dealing with more than just sickness. Kelly reportedly asked the court for granting a temporary restraining order against an alleged trespasser. According to the sources, the temporary restraining order was against Huguette Nicole Young, 56 who was allegedly shown to the singer’s Toluca Lake home at least 18 times by the end of October.

According to Kelly’s security team, the 56-year-old alleged trespasser dropped unwanted gifts including plants, stickers, notes, dog toys, and seeds on her porch. According to the documents filed in the court TMZ claims that Kelly asked the judges to keep Huguette Nicole Young at least a football field away from her house, job, and children’s school. According to the documents filed Young was seen by a security guard who informed Kelly about the Trespassing. Young despite being regretful still visit Kelly’s home frequently on several occasions.
Kelly Dealing with Health Issues
Kelly despite dealing with the alleged trespasser is struggling with health issues for a couple of years. In the year 2019 in October Kelly revealed that she has been fighting with an autoimmune condition and a thyroid condition since 2006. The daytime talk show host shoots many of her episodes from home due to health issues. Earlier this week when being asked about her health Kelly said that she was not feeling great. Kelly due to her health problems was not able to come on the 12th episode of the Kelly Clarkson show and Jewel was set to fill in for her. Although she appeared on a video chat from her home.
Kelly a few weeks back also contracted with covid. Fans are expressing their concerns over her absence.

Despite all the bad things going around Kelly had a reason to celebrate this week. The singer has been awarded at the People Choice Awards for her Daytime talk show The Kelly Clarkson Show on Tuesday night. Her show beats the likes of GMA, live with Kelly and Ryan, and Today with Hoda and Jenna. Kelly with her show’s official account shared the big news. Although the singer is battling with health issues stepped out of her house in a red tulle dress with all smiles and looked smashing walking on the red carpet with her daughter, River Rose.
