11 News interviewed an ex-first responder who spotted the collision and ran to help. Terrance Ryan noted that although “he had a mild pulse,” blood was pouring from both of his ears. It was a depressing scenario. To assist a woman involved in a one-vehicle collision half a mile distant, Ryan leapt from his automobile. He claims that she fell down a cliff. Ryan recounted, “And then the tow truck came with the arrow to tell cars to push over.” He hadn’t even been there for two minutes when we heard a bang. When we turned around, we witnessed the pickup truck and SUV get struck by the first two automobiles before being rear-ended by the semi. Ryan claims the crash’s impact damaged things.

“To be very honest, I thought, ‘We have a fatality. Before we even approached the vehicle, I had that thought after observing the impact of the back. Around 6:25 a.m., according to state police, a three-car collision occurred on Interstate 376 East. Just before the Squirrel Hill Tunnel, it took place. According to 11 News, a woman in the other vehicle was brought to the hospital, and one male passed away at the hospital. But Ryan claims he didn’t hesitate to put himself in danger to aid others. “For me, it’s just natural. It’s the only response, he said. “Keep still; don’t move. Await assistance. The collision reconstruction team, forensic services unit, and state police are all looking into what caused the collision.
