Please keep Caroline’s Family in your prayers as Caroline passed last night and is in Heaven with Cooper and our sweet Elaine. God Bless all of you!”
Earlier, the news of the accident between Cooper Lamb and his wife was posted on Facebook on 18 December by the Sheriff’s office ” In a crash in Gilbert, Sheriff Lamb lost his son, cooper lamb, along with his one-year-old granddaughter. Cooper’s fiance was driving the car at that time, and Cooper was sitting with his daughter. Caroline Patten, the mother of the child and the wife of Cooper, was also seriously injured in the accident. Still, she remains in a very critical situation.
Earlier, Mark Lamb confirmed that his son and daughter had died in the car crash. He wrote on Facebook, “We are truly humbled and touched by the outpouring of love from our Family and Friends/Community. We cannot thank you enough. Our hearts are broken, but we are comforted in your love and the love of God and Jesus Christ. We are praying for our precious Caroline, who is still in critical condition. We would also like to express our gratitude for those citizens and first responders who rendered aid to our son Cooper and our granddaughter. God Bless you all!”
What happened with Caroline Patten?
Caroline Patten made a left turn while travelling near Elliot Road and Cole Drive west of Recker Road; at that time, possibly hit by another big vehicle and struck the car of Caroline. Just a one-year-old granddaughter and the son of Sheriff Mark Lamb died on the spot. Investigators still found the reason behind this accident; they tried to determine whether it was pre-planned or just an accident.
Surviving one week after the incident finally, Caroline Pattern died; Sheriff Mark Lamb confirmed the death on Facebook by saying, “Last night our sweet Caroline passed away. She went home to be with Cooper and Elaine. Please keep her Family in your prayers.”
