For the first time, the Houston Texans and Cleveland Browns will meet in the postseason.
Each team has taken a unique journey to get here. The Texans relied on a huge makeover focused on rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud, and it paid off with their first AFC South title since the departure of Deshaun Watson.
Noah Brown Injury Update
Noah Brown joined the Texans as a free agent after six seasons with the Dallas Cowboys. He has a career-high 567 yards from 33 catches since then. And, despite not playing as often as Tank Dell and Nio Collins, he has been a valuable contributor with 24 first downs.
Brown did not participate in practice during the first two days of camp. Then was limited on Thursday due to a back injury, making him a game-time decision.
While Watson was unable to profit from his first full season with the team due to a shoulder injury, the Browns had already gathered enough momentum with him to transform that into a postseason return by the time Joe Flacco arrived midway.
Noah Brown: Football Career
The Texans were hurt at wide receiver this weekend, leaving Nico Collins as the clear No. 1 option. He came through with nine catches for 195 yards and a score. Collins is a solid DFS option even against a strong Browns pass defence this week if Brown is out.
