CHAPEL HILL, N.C.– A graduate student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has been found incompetent to stand trial for the murder of his supervisor.The student, identified as 34-year-old Tairei Qi, is accused of attacking the doctor in the science building on campus in August.
