‘90-Day Fiancé’ Star Suspected of Having Child Pornography

And A former reality TV star from Ohio whose engagement to a lady from Uzbekistan ten years his junior. Filmed on TLC’s “90 Day Fiance” is facing federal Child Pornography accusations.

According to federal court documents, Mike Eloshway, 40, has been charged with violating two different laws pertaining to Child Pornography abuse material. In the Northern District of Ohio, he charged with a crime on June 15.

Eloshway faces Child Pornography Charges

The indictment filed on June 15 says Eloshway “did knowingly receive and distribute, using any means and facility of international and interstate commerce. Numerous computer files, which files contained visual representations of actual minors engaging in sexually explicit content.”

Additionally, according to US authorities, Eloshway “did knowingly possess a black HP Desktop computer that contained child pornography.” In one of the images, the complaint claims, “involved a prepubescent a juvenile who was under the age of 12.”

Eloshway and his then-fiancée Aziza Mazhidova appeared on the first season of TLC’s “90 Day Fiancé” in 2014, according to In Touch. When Eloshway was 31 and Mazhidova, who has now adopted her husband’s last name, was 21. They connected on a language-learning website.

Eloshway charged in Child Pornography Case

According to the InTouch report, they made their daughter’s birth public in January 2019.

The statutes under which Eloshway is accused of child pornography-related offenses carry a statutory maximum punishment of 20 years. So this means that if convicted, the court has the discretion to sentence him to a maximum of 20 years in prison for each count or violation of the statutes.

According to court documents, Eloshway is represent by the federal public defender’s office. TLC did not reply to requests for information right away.
