In a Secret operation held on December 1 by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Service, with the help of this operation 40 years old American were captured by the Agents. Bonilla Garcia was a criminal and the subject of arrest warrants due to unlawful association and many criminal activities from the government of EI Salvador. The information on arrest warrants was confirmed by the US Embassy in San Salvador and ICE. Earlier, Bonilla-Garcia entered the United States without legal permission or being paroled by an immigration officer; the dates and locations are still unknown about the Bonilla-Garcia.

In 2006 and 2012, Bonill-Garcia was deported from the U.S . Against the Bonilla-Garcia, an arrest order was issued by the Central American nation in April 2015. In October, the FBI informed Enforcement and Removal Operations that Bonilla-Garcia was possibly in the nearby area of Northern Virginia. After this information, he was caught by the officers in an operation in Manassas. Now he is stored in the ERO Custody, and later he will transfer to the EI Salvador government. ERO Washington gave the information through his official Twitter handle “ERO Washington, D.C. apprehends one of El Salvador’s most wanted criminals during targeted operation in Virginia”.

According to some local news publications, Bonilla-Garcia is a street gang member of the “MS-13”. In the present scenario, Street gangs are a severe problem in EI Salvador. The local gangs are involved in criminal activities like extorting money from companies, murdering, kidnapping etc.
