The ex-boyfriend of the slain University of Idaho student claims he “lost the love of his life.” Aunt says. Let’s take a closer look at Jack DuCoeur and whether he is the murderer of Idaho schoolchildren.

Who is Jack DuCoeur?

Kaylee Goncalves, who was killed at the University of Idaho, was dating Jack DuCoeur. Goncalves and victim Madison Mogen, both University of Idaho students, called DuCoeur ten times before the deaths. Before the tragedy, two University of Idaho students killed were named “Jack” multiple times. On Sunday, November 13, the corpses of Kaylee Goncalves, 21, Madison Mogen, 21, Ethan Chapin, 20, and his girlfriend Xana Kernodle, 20, were discovered in an off-campus apartment in Moscow, Idaho.

Goncalves’ sister Alivea: Statement

According to sources, Goncalves’ sister Alivea stated on Friday, November 18, that her sister made six calls to a friend named “Jack” between 2.26 and 2.44 a.m. Mogen phoned him three times before Goncalves made a second attempt. The Idaho University murder investigation has been painful and upsetting for the families of the four victims, but it has also affected one of the victim’s ex-boyfriends, whose life has been turned upside down by suspicion. Jack DuCoeur dated Kaylee Goncalves for five years, according to his aunt Brooke Miller, who spoke to the New York Post.

Kaylee ended her relationship with DuCoeur:

Kaylee had broken up with DuCoeur three weeks before the murders. Miller admits her nephew was devastated by the breakup but insists the split was amicable. Police ruled DuCoeur out shortly after the November 13 atrocity, but ‘crazy theories have plagued him,’ his aunt told the New York Post in a new interview. ‘He’s not only lost the love of his life, and what we all hoped, and he probably thought as well, would be his future wife — you know, get married, have kids, and all of that,’ she added.

Kaylee’s family said they ‘completely support Jack.’:

According to Miller, the couple “were still friends,” and DeCoeur, a mechanical engineering major at the university, was “obviously” heartbroken by the divorce. The split was amicable, she claims, and Goncalves “plans to leave.” A few days after the killings, it was discovered that Goncalves and Mogen made at least seven separate calls to Jack in the early morning before they died. Jack’s parents, Steve and Kristi Goncalves have also stated their “complete” support for him.

Kaylee’s death is felt in DuCoeur:

“We all know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that there’s no way that Jack would ever do anything like that to anyone,” Miller said of online accusations that her nephew was responsible for the deaths. She reported that DeCoeur is having reservations about returning to school. She said he is hesitant to return to Moscow because Kaylee played a massive role in his life there.

Is he the assassin of Idaho students?

Police became aware of DuCoeur shortly after the killings, owing to the ten calls made to him by Goncalves and Madison Mogen in the hours preceding the crimes. After a police investigation, DuCoeur was cleared, but the suspicion lingered. Miller claims that “half of America” believes her nephew is to blame. DuCoeur has received scathing criticism online, with some suspecting him of being the perpetrator. By the way, Goncalves’ family has come out in support of DuCoeur, claiming that he was not to blame for her death. “We all know without a doubt that Jack would never do something like that to anyone,” Miller told the Post.
