Savannah revealed to Cleveland Magazine in 2018 that she met her husband when she was a 16-year-old – LeBron was a year older and went to a rival school. She remembered him asking a buddy for her phone number, but she chose to take him instead. “I was sitting around one day, probably bored, when I realised, ‘Oh, I forgot! I have this guy’s phone number that I can call. ‘He appeared interested, so let’s see what happens.’ “She stated. LeBron invited her, and the two went to Applebee’s afterward with pals. She is the youngest of five siblings. The native of Ohio grew raised with four other siblings. Savannah told Cleveland Magazine that her parents established an attitude of giving and charity in their children, with Jennifer and JK always having an open-door policy with their children’s friends. “If they had a problem at home or just wanted a haven, my mum and dad always opened their doors,” she explained. During Savannah’s senior year — and LeBron’s first year in the NBA — the pair unexpectedly became parents to their first child, LeBron “Bronny” James Jr., on Oct. 6, 2004. She told Harper’s Bazaar about her experience: “‘What am I going to tell my parents?’ I was thinking. ‘What will happen to his career?’ I was terrified. I was sobbing. ‘It’s not going to slow me down,.
