Near-Death Experience of Brett Morgen
Brett Morgen took the challenge to do the documentary of the music legend David Bowie titled ‘Moonage Daydream’. Despite having an entire team of people who worked with him like the director, producer, writer, editor, and more, Morgen still has a near-death experience.
In a published article in DEADLINE, Brett Morgen said that he experienced flatlined for a couple of minutes and went comatose. The report says that it was stress in making the documentary that caused him the near-death experience.
Moreover, this is the first time that the estate of David Bowie allowed and authorized to use the ton of footage. Therefore, it is expected that fans will witness David Bowie’s footage from his concerts, music videos, and behind-the-scenes footage.

Brett Morgen Back in Good Health
The near-death experienced of Brett Morgen taught him many lessons. Now that he is back in good health, he said that it is important to appreciate every day and moment in one’s life. He also added that he felt like the Ziggy Stardust musician that also taught him about how to survive and live life to the fullest.
Meanwhile, Brett Morgen also shared that he did not have the chance to meet David Bowie in person before the music legend died in 2016. In a published report in CINEMA BLEND, Morgen said that felt the spirit of Bowie guiding him in making the documentary.
