INGREDIENTS 1x2x3x – 2 TBSP marshmallow root – 1 TBSP licorice root – 2 TBSP fresh lemon juice – 2-3 TBSP raw honey (to taste) – 3¼ cups water

INSTRUCTIONS -Cover the marshmallow root with 1 cup warm, filtered water in a jar with a lid. Don't use hot water. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

-Add 2 cups water and licorice root to a pot. Bring mixture to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Pour tea into a quart jar.

-Stir honey, lemon juice, and marshmallow infusion into warm licorice decoction. -Warm liquids soothe sore, dry throats. This can be refrigerated for 6 days and reheated.
