Natural Muscle Pain Relief Lotion Bars These natural muscle pain relief lotion bars smell excellent and work wonders on sore or tired muscles!

Equipment – Saucepan – Silicone lotion bar mold – Quart-size mason jar

Materials – ¼ cup coconut oil – ⅓ cup shea butter can substitute cocoa butter or mango butter – ⅓ cup beeswax pellets – 1 tsp beeswax pellets – 1 TBSP menthol crystals – 40 drops peppermint essential oil 1% dilution rate – 1 TBSP arnica oil

Instructions -Combine coconut oil, shea butter, and beeswax in a quart-size mason jar and place in a saucepan of water. -Bring water to a simmer. Stir ingredients until smooth.

-Discard. Dissolve menthol crystals. -Stir in essential oils and arnica oil (if using).

-Pour oil into moulds. Any mould will work. -Cool the lotion bars completely before removing from moulds. I cooled the bars in the fridge.
