DIY Bath Bomb Recipe This easy bath bomb recipe features simple, nourishing ingredients for a relaxing bath. Great for kids and adults alike!

Equipment – Digital scale – Bath bomb mold – Medium mixing bowl – Fine mist spray bottle

Materials – 8 ounces baking soda 1 cup – 4 ounces citric acid 1/2 cup – 4 ounces sea salt 1/2 cup – 4 ounces cornstarch 3/4 cup – 2 TBSP carrier oil this one is my favorite but any will do – 2 tsp witch hazel or water in a spray bottle

– 1 tsp vanilla extract optional – 60 drops essential oils of choice optional – 2 TBSP dried flowers or herbs optional – 10-20 drops natural food dye optional

Instructions -Mix baking soda, citric acid, corn starch, and sea salt in a large bowl. -Mix carrier oil, vanilla extract, essential oils, and natural dye in a small bowl.

-Slowly add wet ingredients to dry and mix until crumbly. – Add in the dried flowers or herbs if using. – Mix the witch hazel or water into the bath bomb mixture. When squeezed, the mixture should hold together. Like wet sand. If not, add more witch hazel.

-Firmly press bath bomb mixture into silicone moulds, muffin tins, or bath bomb moulds. -Turn the moulds over to remove the bath bombs and let them dry for 48 hours.
