The final episode of “The Bachelor” Season 28 has arrived, and all eyes are on leading man Joey Graziadei to choose between his two remaining women, Kelsey Anderson or Daisy Kent.
What happened at the season finale of ‘The Bachelor’?
The drama certainly delivered on the Bachelor season finale, which aired last night.
After Daisy’s final one-on-one, she recognized she wasn’t “The One.” So she went to meet Kelsey—something that had never happened in Bachelor history—and informed her that Kelsey and Joey would be together instead. In a lovely display of support, Kelsey and Daisy rode to the proposal together.
Fast forward to the split: Daisy arrives first and informs Joey that she is aware she is not the winner.
Joey said it’s been “unbelievable” to get to know Daisy, despite his emotions “leading” him to Kelsey. Daisy chose to move out on her own when Joey asked her to.
When Daisy returned to the car, she reassured Kelsey, saying, “I know your mom’s going to be looking down on this moment, and she’s going to be so happy.”
Kelsey finally arrived at the beach, and everyone was happy. “There is nothing difficult about choosing you,” he said. “I can’t wait another minute to tell you that I love you.”
Joey then proposed with a four-carat Art Deco-inspired ring set with an emerald-cut diamond (courtesy to jeweler Neil Lane, of course). Enter the happily ever after!
Who will become the next ‘Bachelorette’ in 2024?
Jenn Tran has been named the next “Bachelorette” lead. Tran was a previous ‘The Bachelor’ season 28 contestant who was eliminated in Episode 7, just before Graziadei’s hometown visits.
