The daughter of country music singer Wynonna Judd Grace, Pauline Kelley, is in an Alabama jail on indecent exposure charges. Grace Kelley, the 27-year-old daughter of country star Wynonna Judd, was arrested on Friday (April 5) after allegedly exposing herself on a busy highway.
She is being held in the Elmore County Jail. She is charged with indecent exposure and obstructing government operations, both misdemeanor crimes. Her bond is $1,000, and she lists her address as Millbrook, Alabama.
Charging documents state Kelley exposed her breasts and lower body at the busy intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Millbrook on Friday. When officers tried to arrest her, she would not identify herself and sat down on the roadside, refusing to comply with police.
In 2018, when she was 22, Kelley was sentenced to eight years imprisonment for leaving a court-mandated drug recovery program, thus violating her probation.
Wynonna Judd Grace gave birth to a daughter in March 2022, Kaliyah Chanel, while on a temporary leave of absence from jail, and her mother, Wynonna, 59, has since expressed her joy at raising her granddaughter.
Kelley is the daughter of Judd, 59, and her ex-husband, the businessman Arch Kelley III. Kelley’s grandmother, Kelley, is the daughter of Judd, 59, and her ex-husband, the businessman Arch Kelley III. Kelley’s grandmother, Naomi Judd, was also a country music star who died in 2022 at 76.
In 2016, at the age of 20, Kelley was arrested for possession of meth. She has had legal troubles ever since, and in 2018, was sentenced to eight years in prison after leaving a court-mandated drug recovery program early, violating her probation.
She was then released from prison in December 2022 but arrested again just months later, in May 2023, on charges of violating an order of protection and restraining order, as well as violating parole. She returned to prison and was released that October.
In March 2022, while on a temporary leave of absence from jail, Kelley gave birth to a daughter, Kaliyah Chanel.
Her first court date is set for April 11.
