Producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones Jr. has accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually harassing, drugging, and threatening Cuba Gooding Jr. between 2022 and 2023. Jones Jr. filed the case in February. Gooding’s name surfaced in the initial lawsuit, but on Monday, People reports that the file was changed to include him as a defendant.
The lawsuit was changed, according to the Miami Herald, just hours after Combs’s houses in Miami and Los Angeles were raided by Homeland Security.
Jones claims that Gooding attacked and harassed him sexually following the introduction. The lawsuit states that Cuba Gooding Jr. started caressing, grabbing, and fondling Mr. Jones’s upper inner thighs close to his crotch, the small of his back near his buttocks, and his shoulders.
