Illinois Lottery officials are asking players to check their tickets as nine major prizes have yet to be claimed.The total prize pool is $4,350,000, with a maximum individual prize of $1,200,000.As with all lottery prizes, if no one comes forward, the prize will be forfeited.According to the Illinois Lottery rules, a player can move forward within exactly one year from the drawing date.

The Lucky Day Lotto, a favorite game of the Illinois Lottery, had a winning ticket worth $1,200,000 from the draw on October 27. The lucky winner, who purchased the ticket at the Jewel food store on N. Ashland Ave in Chicago, has not yet claimed the prize. In another stroke of luck, a Chicago resident is owed a payout for a Lucky Day Lotto ticket from the draw on November 8, bought at the Jewel on Cottage Grove Ave.
