The actor and the actress Jada Pinkett Smith have denied new allegations of infidelity in their marriage.
Last Thursday, Pinkett Smith told Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club” that she and Smith are preparing legal action over an alleged former colleague who alleges Smith had an affair with actor Duane Martin.
Charlamagne tha God, the show’s host, addressed Pinkett Smith about refuting allegations in her memoir, “Worthy,” notably the “No Football Mom” chapter, in which she confronts assertions that both she and Smith are swinging or gay. That’s when the new allegations against Smith and Martin surfaced.
“Let me just say, it’s ridiculous, isn’t it?” It’s also nonsense. And this is someone who tried a money grab that didn’t work,” Pinkett Smith added.”We’re going to bring a lawsuit.” Because having an opinion on someone is one thing, but fabricating slanderous, malicious lies is quite another. So that’s actionable, and we’ll go with it.”

The allegations came from purported former friend Brother Bilal, who claimed on Wednesday’s “Unwine And Tasha K” show that he witnessed Smith and Martin indulging in sexual behavior.
According to Will Pinkett Smith, for example, the rumour “rests on this person’s idea that these individuals were doing businesses around Will’s book in some way, and that they invested cash or what have you, and they deserved to be compensated.” So he’s already tried the money shakedown. Will were willing to offer him a specific amount or whatever, but he refused. As a result, the entire issue is built on that.”
The “Red House Talk” host stated that she was unaware of the specifics of the agreement, but that “we’re ready to take legal action.” We certainly are.”
Pinkett Smith, who recently announced that she and James have been divorced for seven years but have no intentions to divorce, said the allegations make them both laugh.”Here’s something good about Will,” she continues, “Will’s always fails to come across the funny.”
Officials for the Smith’s and Martin did not immediately reply to Fox News Digital’s requests for comment.
A spokeswoman for Smith told People, “This story has been completely fabricated, and the claim is absolutely false.”
“I stand by all of my statements,” Bilal said Fox News Digital. There was no’shakedown’ time. Jada is telling the truth. I have the proof. Everything was covered in my whole conversation with Tasha K before Jada’s remarks.”
Martin is a comedian who has known the couple for many years. In April 2021, he was last spotted with Pinkett Smith.
She previously attended the world premiere of George’s film “The Seat Fill” in 2006, and she photographed with Martin at the premier of Martin’s 2003 film “Provide Us from Eva.”
