Santa Rosa Man Arrested for Drunken Driving for the Second Time in Three Weeks

According to police, a guy from Santa Rosa was detained on suspicion of drunken driving for the second time in three weeks on Thursday.

The unidentified male was detained on Wednesday night after being stopped by police for erratic driving. The man reportedly failed a field sobriety test and was visibly inebriated, according to police.

Captain Jeff Smith of the Santa Rosa Police Department remarked, “This is a worrying trend of behaviour. This man plainly poses a risk to both himself and other drivers on the road.

Police are looking into the man’s possible drug usage issues. Additionally, they are investigating whether he has use of a car while his licence is revoked.

We are dedicated to making this man answerable for his deeds, Smith added. We’ll also be looking for and addressing any underlying problems that might be influencing his behaviour.
