Governor Greg Abbott announced today that the next Governor’s Small Business Summit in 2023 would be hosted in Arlington on Thursday, July 13. The Governor’s Small company Summits strive to link Texas small company owners and potential entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge they need to establish, strengthen, and expand their businesses.
“Small companies play a significant part in fueling our state’s thriving economy,” Governor Abbott remarked. “Texas remains the best state in the country for business.” Because we enable Texans to pursue their ambitions and take advantage of the numerous economic possibilities available in our state to prospective entrepreneurs and company owners. We are excited to bring the 2023 Governor’s Small Business Summit to Arlington next week as we work to make Texas’ economic future even brighter.”
The Governor’s Small company Summit – Arlington offers Texas small company owners and entrepreneurs with vital business information. And the chance to network with other small company owners and meet professionals who can provide timely, relevant, and practical advice on a variety of small business problems. The Governor’s Economic Development and Tourism Office will co-host the event. The Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce and the Texas Workforce Commission will host the event, which will include keynote speaker Rob Matwick, Executive Vice President of Business Operations for the Texas Rangers.
