The latest update on the missing Levi Davis case has been issued by a private investigation firm, Line of Inquiry by Gavin Burrows. The 24-year-old rugby player was last seen on October 29 in Barcelona leaving The Old Irish Pub. As per the reports of a Spanish newspaper ABC, Levis made a 30 Euro payment on an instant mobile payment app, Bizum on the day before he was last seen. However, it was not clear to whom the payment was made. The day before he disappeared was last seen leaving the Old Irish Pub around 10 pm after taking a ferry from Ibiza.
Gavin Burrow’s investigation firm has announced a $10000 reward for information regarding Levi being found. He told GB News-
“I’ve only recently just come to this, but we have got some significant leads, which we’re following up on right now and locally,”
“There are a number of clues here. And one main appeal today is that when he left Ibiza in October, he must have spoken to somebody on the ferry during that time. It was a six, seven-hour, an eight-hour journey. He must have spoken to somebody when he came to Barcelona or arranged to meet somebody in Barcelona. But that person’s never come forward.”
He further said Levi has not used his bank cards since his missing. Mr Burrows is appealing to the media and to the people that whoever may have seen Levi in the last six weeks can contact the local police, please. Levi’s mother also revealed that his passport was found near a cargo shipment at a port in Barcelona.
Julie Davis on her Facebook page thanked Gavin and his investigation team saying-“We are very grateful to Gavin and his team for volunteering their time, expertise and the reward fund to help find Levi. We are still worried sick about him and just want him home safely.
Levi reportedly left all his belongings and only had a small black backpack with him when he arrived in Barcelona by ferry on October 29. It was also reported that the X-Factor star is suffering from depression and had gone on a holiday without informing his family about whom he is going with.
