American journalist and White House correspondent Peter James Doocy was born on July 21, 1987. He works as a correspondent for Fox News. The oldest child of Steve Doocy and Kathy Gerrity is named Doocy. His dad is a co-host of Fox & Friends in the morning. In 2009, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Villanova University. While in college, he worked as a Palestra.net reporter and contributed to Fox News.
After graduating from college, Doocy was employed by Fox News in 2009. He lived in New York City and Chicago before relocating to Washington, D.C., where he was dismissed in 2010. A former Navy SEAL named Robert J. O’Neill granted Doocy an exclusive television interview in 2014 and claimed to have fired the shot that killed Osama bin Laden. According to reports, this documentary special on Fox News earned the greatest viewership in network history. In October 2017, Doocy asked Sen. John McCain (R-AZ): “Is your relationship with the president so frayed that you’re not going to support whatever he comes to ask of you?” McCain replied, “Why would you do anything?” so stupid to say? Why would you ask something so stupid, huh? … That’s a stupid question. He served as a campaign reporter for the 2018 midterm elections.
