Barbara ‘Babs’ Thore is well known for her role in My Big Fat Fabulous Life (2015). Whitney Way Thore is Barbara Thore’s daughter. The TLC reality television programme My Big Fat Fabulous Lifestyle premiered on January 13, 2015. The documentary features Whitney Way Thore, a lady who weighed 170 kilogrammes (380 pounds) at the story’s start.

Barbara Thore Died in What Manner?

Barbara Thore, better known as Whitney Thore’s mother on the TLC reality show, died on Thursday at 76, according to her daughter, Whitney. Whitney wrote, “My mother passed away last night just as the credits rolled on her favourite movie.” She included pictures of her mother and her family over the years. “I held her as she breathed her final breaths at 10:32 p.m., the exact moment she brought me into this world over forty years ago,” she added. “My mother is our family’s greatest gift. We could never love, admire, or cherish another person more,” Whitney wrote in an emotional homage to her mother.

Barbara Thore Died as a Result of:

Barbara Thore died from cerebral amyloid angiopathy. Whitney revealed her mother had cerebral amyloid angiopathy, an “untreatable progressive illness caused by proteins in the blood arteries of the brain that cause seizures, dementia, or, like in my mom’s case, brain bleeding.” Barbara has had three strokes since 2017, the most recent on November 13. As her illness progressed, the TLC programme addressed Thore’s health issues.

Whitney later decided to thank the audience on her mother’s behalf for inviting her to the show and giving her some notoriety in the message. She said, “We want to thank you for loving our mother. She was overjoyed with her newfound television job in ways we can’t explain. “Your love and encouragement made her feel so loved and encouraged,” she said afterwards.
