Ari skateboarded from Oregon to New York in 2010 to raise money for at-risk adolescents for the SkateAcrossUSA charity. In 2012, Ari skated over 600 miles from Santa Cruz, California, to San Diego, California, making stops and showcasing stand-up acts along the way.
