What You Should Know About ‘Extraction 2’

The action movie ‘Extraction’ starring Chris Hemsworth which was first released in 2020 had received positive responses from viewers around the world. In fact, around 99 million households watched the movie and it is so far the biggest original movie of Netflix.

Filming of ‘Extraction 2’ is already done but information about what the sequel will look like is still kept under wrap. However, a short detail from What’s On Netflix revealed that Chris Hemsworth or also known in the movie as Tyler Rake will with extract a family who is at the mercy of a Georgian gangster.

Additionally, Tyler Rake needs to infiltrate one of the world’s deadliest prisons in order to save the family. A short information about the ‘Extraction 2’ sounds interesting and exciting. However, Netflix did not yet release the official release date of the movie.

Where the Movie Was Filmed?

‘Extraction 2’ was originally planned to be filmed in Sydney, Australia but due to the restrictions because of the pandemic, the production changed to the Czech Republic, according to a published report in COLLIDER. In fact, filming was supposed to start after its first release but had to be changed because of the same reason mentioned earlier.

On the other hand, some of the characters during the ‘Extraction 1’ will also return. This includes Adam Bessa, Rayna Campbell, Tinatin Dalakishivili will also join the new cast and Patrick Newall.
