For the second season of The Flight Attendant, the two-episode debut date was announced by HBO Max. The eight-episode season will commence on April 28 with two new episodes, followed by one episode per week until May 26. There will be a total of eight episodes this season.
‘The Flight Attendant’ Season 2
“Cassie Bowden” is back in Los Angeles for Season 2 with a new lease on life. She’s clean and sober, and in her leisure time, she works as a CIA operative. After witnessing a murder while on an abroad assignment, she finds herself drawn into a new international mystery.
Filming locations included Los Angeles, Berlin and Reykjavik. Zosia Mamet, Griffin Matthews, Deniz Akdeniz, and Rosie Perez are also returning as series regulars. Audrey Grace Marshall, Yasha Jackson, and T.R. Knight return as recurring guests.
Flight Attendant began as a one-season miniseries, but a second season was always planned. This is a good thing, since it immediately rose to prominence as one of HBO’s finest Max programs.
Release Date of ‘The Flight Attendant’ Season 2
Season 2 of The Flight Attendant will be available on HBO Max on April 21. Two episodes will debut in the beginning. One episode every week will be shown beginning on April 28th, with two additional episodes airing before that date. The day after the first season’s conclusion aired, on Dec. 18, 2020, the streaming service announced plans for a second season. WarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar said in March 2021 that Flight Attendant was HBO Max’s most-watched series in his company’s annual report.
The Flight Attendant season 2 teaser begins with Cassie venting her frustrations to a support group. She says she’s still employed by the airline, but she’s now living in Los Angeles and making “better choices.” She’s now dating a terrific man and working a “part-time job” for the CIA!
