What Do You Need To Know About Murderville?

Will Arnott plays as Terry Seattle, a senior detective who enlists the aid of many guest actors to solve a string of murders. There is, however, a pleasant twist: each episode’s guest star is not given the screenplay and does not know what is going to happen next.

There is a description on Netflix that reads: “Together, the guest star and Terry Seattle will have to improvise their way through the investigation… yet each celebrity visitor alone will identify the perpetrator.”

The award-winning Murder in Successville, which aired from 2015 to 2017, starred Tom Davies as DI Desmond Sleet and many other well-known names from British television as they attempted to solve a murder in the most ridiculous manner. For those who can’t get enough of the Netflix series, there are 18 episodes available on Amazon Prime Video.

Some Celebrity Guest Stars

Six well-known celebrities have joined the Arrested Development actor in his murder trials. As they investigate the death of a magician in the first episode, Conan O’Brien and former NFL star Marshawn Lynch come to his aid in the second.

In episode three, Kumail Nanjiani helps him solve the death of a high-flying CEO, and in episode four, he joins forces with Schitt’s Creek actress Annie Murphy to investigate the murder of a restaurant health inspector. Sharon Stone, a popular Hollywood actress, appears in the fifth episode, while comedian Ken Jeong, a panelist on The Masked Singer US, attempts to crack a case in the sixth and final episode.
