Adele will officially perform during the BRIT Awards on Feb.8. This is her first stage performance after postponing Vegas residency.
Adele Announced To Perform During the BRIT Awards
In a recently published article in FOX News, after being forced to postpone her Las Vegas residency only one day before it was scheduled to begin, the 33-year-old singer made headlines last month. The “Easy On Me” singer’s admirers have been wondering when they might see her again.
On Tuesday, Adele used social media to announce that she would perform at the BRIT Awards on February 8th. This year, Adele is up for four BRIT Awards. She tweeted “Hiya, so I’m really happy to say that I am performing at the Brits next week!!”
She also added “Anddddd I’ll also be popping in to see Graham for a chat on the couch while I’m in town too! “I’m looking forward to it!”
Possible Cause of the Postponement of Her Performance
In closing, she appears to be teasing the allegations that the actress and her sports agent partner had a falling out, which may have led to the cancellation of their Vegas gigs earlier this week. According to Page Six’s sources, Adele was “shouting and weeping” on the phone with Paul, 40, when the residency was postponed.
Because she is continuously in the midst of an emotional battle, the insider stated that Adele has scarcely practiced. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the gigs were postponed, according to Adele’s notice on her website.
