The UBI or Universal Basic Income is a boon to the economy of many American families who are struggling to make ends meet, as the administration stimulates the economies of these families by making payments on a monthly, seasonal, or annual basis, as well as once every 365 days.
The Universal Basic Payment

Long Beach
- From autumn of 2021 until the autumn of 2022.
- For a year, $500 a month will be given.
- Approximately 500 people participants.
Los Angeles
- The Big Leap Program.
- From January of 2022 to January 2021 the program will be in effect.
- For a year, $1,000 a month will be given.
- Around 3,000 people participants.
Marin County
- From 2021 through 2023.
- For two years, $1,000 amount will be given.
- Participants are 125 low-income women with at least one child younger than the age of 18 at home.
Oakland
- The Oakland Resilient Families.
- From the summer of 2020 until now.
- For a year, $500 a month will be given.
- A total of 600 participants.
Sacramento
- Sacramento Direct Investment Program.
- From June 2021 to June 2022.
- For two years, $300 a month will be given.
- There will be 100 participants.
