Fauci’s Unredacted Financial Records According to Marshall
Fauci’s financial disclosure documents are available at the National Institute of Health upon request however, it is not listed in the same searchable database as many other government officials. Marshall release a statement to Fox News Digital that Fauci is more concerned with becoming a star in media and posing for the magazine’s cover than being truthful with the American people and holding China responsible for the COVID pandemic which has cost the lives of almost 850 thousand Americans. Marshall said that Fauci was clearly shaken by his question and still mislead the American people instead of agreeing to publicly provide his financial disclosures.
Dr. Fauci is the highest-paid employee in the entire federal government, needs to make his financial disclosures easily accessible to the public and lay all his cards on the table, Marshall added. Moreover, Fauci’s financial disclosures are legally open to any member of the public who requests them, the records are not listed in an easily-accessible public database, and the processing of the requests will take months to be done.
Furthermore, the Center for Public Integrity submitted a request for Fauci’s financial disclosures with the NIH in May 2020 but did not receive the information until August of that year. When it was finally collected by the organization, it was generated under, the Freedom of Information Act and came back partially redacted.
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is currently being sued by watchdog organization OpenTheBooks.org for disclosing Fauci’s financial records. In addition, Fauci’s Tuesday hearings were publicly available online as he told the Senate about his financial disclosures and Marshall had pointed out they are not.

Fauci called Marshall a Moron
The two officials sparred verbally, with Fauci bad-mouthing Marshall a fellow medical doctor a “moron” which made headlines. As a result, Marshall plans to introduce ‘Fauci Act legislation named after Dr. Anthony Fauci.
According to The Hill, Marshall’s created a bill and will entitle it as the Financial Accountability for Uniquely Compensated Individuals (FAUCI) Act, which will mandate the Office of Government Ethics (OGE) to provide a list of all government confidential files containing non-public financial disclosures.
