A surprise stimulus check has already been delivered to over 400,000 households with an average of $1,189 each, according to The Sun. The federal government appears unlikely to send out a fourth stimulus payment; however, residents of some states may still receive additional funds.
Some State’s Stimulus Check
In three separate stimulus checks, more than $1 trillion in federal funds were distributed to low- and middle-income Americans. While the federal government may make another stimulus payment, the likelihood is low. According to Forbes, several states have begun implementing their COVID-19 relief programs, which include direct stimulus payments, small business assistance, and expanded unemployment insurance benefits, among other things.

Because, unlike the previous stimulus, this time, the money for the stimulus will not come from the federal government. The location of one’s residence is significant nowadays. Some States With Stimulus Checks
In order to be eligible for stimulus payments, certain income levels must be met, and a US tax return must be filed. Taxpayers who earn up to $75,000 as individuals or married couples who make up to $150,000 are eligible. A family’s tax return may have an impact on the stimulus payment, as per The Sun. The following are the states that are giving financial aids to their residents:
California Stimulus, a total of between $600 and $1,100, was expected to be paid out to Golden State Stimulus II recipients by the end of the month.
Colorado Stimulus, $375 will be paid to anyone who received unemployment benefits between March 15 and October 24 of 2020.
Alaska Stimulus, the Federal-State Extended Benefits program, may provide Alaska residents with an additional 13 to 20 weeks of benefits.
New Mexico Stimulus, only a few applicants will receive funding, with low-income families given priority. Financial aid is available in the amount of up to $750.
Florida Stimulus, the state of Florida’s fourth stimulus payment, was $1,000. In this case, it was only teachers and first responders who received the benefits.
